Aims & Objectives

1. To carry on the business of farming and general agriculture, including cultivation of crops, production of food, vegetables, fruits, grains, and all agricultural produce.
2. To engage in animal husbandry, including poultry farming, fish farming, piggery, cattle rearing, goat and sheep breeding, and related livestock production.
3. To carry on the business of agro‑allied production, processing, storage, packaging, preservation, distribution, and sale of agricultural products.
4. To acquire, lease, or otherwise obtain farmlands, plantations, ranches, and other agricultural facilities necessary for the business of the Company.
5. To manufacture, buy, sell, and deal in agricultural tools, equipment, machinery, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and other farm inputs.
6. To establish, manage, and operate agro‑processing industries, including rice mills, cassava processing plants, oil mills, feed mills, and similar enterprises.
7. To engage in importation and exportation of agricultural produce, equipment, and materials.
8. To enter into partnerships, joint ventures, or agreements with individuals, companies, or governments for the promotion of agricultural development.
9. To carry on all or any business usually carried on by persons engaged in agriculture or any other trade or business that can conveniently be carried on in connection with the above objects.
